www.tractorweights.com provides information, an online representation, and purchasing opportunities for many of our products.
We primarily offer gray iron castings for the Agricultural, Construction and Industrial sectors.

Termination/access restriction
www.tractorweights.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and www.tractorweights.com as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. www.tractorweights.com’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of www.tractorweights.com’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by www.tractorweights.com with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and www.tractorweights.com with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and www.tractorweights.com with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Payments for Products
You can pay for your order online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. To pay by check or wire transfer, please contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT prior to placing your order.
- We do not apply surcharges to any payment method.
- All credit cards are verified for fraudulent use.
- At checkout, if using a debit or credit card, we capture purchase authorization only. We will review your order and confirm with you any questions we may have regarding your order. We will automatically capture payment after review and when we begin to process your order. If we have concerns or questions that are not resolved within 5 days of placing your order, your payment authorization will be released and your order will be cancelled.
- We use either SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Layer Security) designed to protect your credit card information from third parties. We cannot guarantee that these protections will work as intended. If you have concerns about paying online, you should contact us about using an alternate payment option. You agree that TractorWeights.com will not have any liability for any failure of the technology to protect your information.
We do not accept cash payments. Do not send cash through the mail.
Check payments not received with 10 days from the date of the order are subject to order cancellation.
All product prices and shipping costs are set at the time of the order; regardless of any subsequent price or shipping cost fluctuations.
We do not ship collect. Your order must be fully paid prior to shipment. With payments other than online methods, shipping may be delayed while your payment clears. See our SHIPPING FAQ for more information.

Products
When Choosing and Installing Ballast Weights: ALWAYS refer to the recommendations contained in the owner's manual for your equipment. ALWAYS refer to the maximum load rating of your tires.
Product Shipments
We ship truck freight (common carrier) for most items. This means a large truck or semi will deliver your items to your address. Having room for the truck to get into and out of your location is important. If you have any concerns, contact us in advance of placing an order.
Some small items may ship via the USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.
Truck shipments require a legal physical address. We DO NOT ship truck freight to post office boxes.
We ship truck freight to all legal physical addresses in the contiguous (conterminous) United States of America that have sufficient roads and space to accept delivery trucks.
We will ship smaller items, when no items requiring truck freight are on the same order, to all physical addresses and post office boxes in the contiguous (conterminous) United States of America that are currently listed as active with the United States Postal Service.
Shipping Rates for residential or commercial destination addresses will be determined automatically at checkout. See our Shipping FAQ for more details.
For customers choosing "Will Call" or pickup at the carrier's dock, you MUST pickup your shipment with 24 hours after receiving the arrival notification from the carrier. Failure to pickup your shipment within 24 hours will result in additional charges.
Limited Access Locations.
If we determine your delivery address is a limited access location. We will contact you regarding any additional charges that may apply before we ship your order.
Lift Gate Service
If you do not choose the lift gate option at checkout and subsequently ask the freight truck driver to use a lift gate, you agree to immediately reimburse us for any service cost charged back to us by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments or Missing Items
You are responsible for carefully examining all shipments before signing a bill of lading, an electronic acceptance, or a delivery sheet. You must note all damages and shortages when signing. If you detect any damage or shortage in the shipment, this damage or shortage must be recorded on the bill of lading, electronic acceptance, or the delivery sheet and the carrier's driver must sign and acknowledge this record. You must retain a copy of the signed bill of lading, electronic acceptance, or delivery sheet and initiate a claim with the carrier at once. Do NOT refuse shipment as this will slow or delay your claim.
Any damages or shortages of products submitted after the bill of lading, electronic acceptance, or delivery sheet has been signed (acknowledging to the carrier that the products were delivered in good condition) cannot be accepted for a claim at a later date.
You must retain any crates, pallets, cartons, packages, related items, and information until inspection has been made by the carrier. Any claim involving concealed damage, missing products, or incorrect part(s) received that are not reported within 30 days of the invoice will not be honored by tractorweights.com.
Returns
All issues regarding return shipments must be processed through our support specialists. CONTACT SUPPORT.
You must have a return authorization issued from tractorweights.com. Return shipments without a return authorization will be refused.
TractorWeights.com allows returns of any product in it's original condition for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Return authorization is required.
The customer assumes liability for freight (shipping) when returning products ordered in error. Returned products must be shipped with all transportation charges prepaid. Products returned C.O.D. will be refused. Original shipping charges will not be refunded on products ordered in error or for refused or undeliverable shipments. TractorWeights.com will arrange prepaid freight (shipping) for defective products or products shipped in error.
