What is Covered?
TractorWeights.com. LLC warrants our products to the Original Purchaser against any defect in material or workmanship with the exceptions as stated below.
How Long Coverage Lasts?
This warranty runs for five years from the date of product delivery.
What Is Not Covered?
- As our products are often subject to extreme conditions including, but not limited to, sunlight, weather, chemicals, etc. this warranty does not cover any of the cosmetic finish and specifically excludes fading, discoloration, chipping, peeling, rusting, etc.
- This warranty does not cover any damages, losses, and or injuries that may occur due to improper use or installation. TractorWeights.com, LLC will not accept any liability for (including but not limited to) improper use, failures to follow proper maintenance, and or improper installation.
- Variations in weight and dimensions are common with cast iron products. The casting weight has a very significant effect on dimensional variations and both the casting weight and the dimension length influence the process capability, relative to dimensional tolerances, in a nonlinear fashion. The process used to make a particular cast iron product may have different tolerances than those for another process or product. Cast iron products with only weight and or dimensional variations within our tolerance specification for that product and process are not considered defective in material or workmanship. - Previously installed and or incorrectly installed mounting hardware.
- Costs and or labor required for the removal or installation of the product is not covered.
- Costs and or labor required to package or securely palletize the product for return is not covered.
- Products ordered in error.
What TractorWeights.com Will Do!
Repair or replace any defective part at no charge. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within 20 working days after we receive the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price of the product.
How Do You Get Service?
- Contact us via our website at https://tractorweights.com/product-warranty/warranty-support/ and explain the situation. We require a return authorization on all products. We will promptly contact you to gather more information and provide instructions on how to proceed.
- In most cases, we will require the product to be returned to us for inspection. You must properly package or securely palletize the product for shipment and be available (on site) when our carrier arrives to pick up the return. If you are not available when our carrier arrives to collect your return, or if the return is not properly packaged or palletized, you will be responsible for any fees charged by the carrier to re-schedule.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
