Return authorizations are required before sending any product(s) back to us.
TractorWeights.com allows returns of any product in it's original condition for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Return authorization is required.
The customer assumes liability for freight (shipping) when returning products ordered in error. Returned products must be shipped with all transportation charges prepaid. Products returned C.O.D. will be refused. Original shipping charges will not be refunded on products ordered in error or for refused or undeliverable shipments. TractorWeights.com will arrange prepaid freight (shipping) for defective products or products shipped in error.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 days of our receipt of your original product(s).
